Desi Foreigners. Do you ever acted like a foreigner infront of anyone. Foreigner means White for all of us, because we are always called black, even if you look wheatish. Some people dress up like Foreigners and show pride forgetting their status or forgetting that whatever they show, they are black and Desi. Let's call them Desi Foreigners. The main reason may be that they went to foreign countries and made some money? After coming back from the foreign countries, there will be a procession of judgement from their side. Life is all about waiting. Sometimes the waiting ends in happiness, sometimes in sadness. We always look forward to seeing the faces we like. But we don't know whether we will see them today or tomorrow. So it's like waiting forever. From birth till our death, our life is full of waiting for someone or some things. I remember the moment, where I was waiting outside on the day my son was born. The nurse came with a rose colour bundle. The joy of that waiting I felt, when he raised his double or triple chin and opened his sparkling eyes to look at me. I was the one who used to go and check my sister's horoscope for any matches. കാത്തിരിപ്പ് അല്ലെ ജീവിതം മുഴുവൻ. ചിലപ്പോ കാത്തിരിപ്പ് സന്തോഷത്തിൽ അവസാനിക്കും, ചിലപ്പോ ദുഖത്തിലും. ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ട മുഖങ്ങൾ കാണാൻ ഉള്ള കാത്തിരിപ്പ്. ഇന്ന് കാണുമോ നാളെ കാണുമോ എന്ന് അറിയാതേ.  പിറന്നു വീഴുന്നത് തൊട്ടു മരിച്ചു വീണു ശരീരം വിട്ടു കിട്ടുന്നത് വരെ കാത്തിരിക്കാൻ വിധിക്കപ്പെട്ടവർ അല്ലെ നമ്മൾ എല്ലാം.  എന്റെ മകൻ ജനിക്കുമ്പോൾ പുറത്തു കാത്തിരുന്ന നിമിഷം ഇപ്പോ ഓര്മ വരുന്നു. നേഴ്സ് ഒരു റോസ് പൊതി കെട്ട് കൊണ്ട് ആണ് വന്നത്.ഏഴെട്ടു മടക്കുള്ള താടി പൊക്കി അവൻ എന്റെ നേരെ രണ്ടു ഉണ്ട കണ്ണും തുറന്നു നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ ആണ് ആ കാത്തിരിപ്പിന്റെ സുഖം മനസ്സിലാകുന്നത്.  ചേച്ചിയുടെ ജാതകം ചേരുന്നത് നോക്കാൻ പോയിരുന്നത് ഞാൻ ആയിരുന്നു. ഒരു കെട്ട് കൊണ്ട് പോകും. പിന്നീട് കാത്തിരിപ്പ് ആണ് ചേരുന്ന ഒന്ന് കിട്ടാൻ . എത്രയോ നാൾ അത് തുടർന്നു.  കൂട്ടുകാരന്റെ 'അമ്മ പെട്ടെന്ന് മരിച്ചു. ഞാനും അവനും മോർച്ചറി യുടെ പുറത്തു നിൽക്കുകയാണ്. ശരീരം വിട്ടു കിട്ടാൻ ഉള്ള കാത്തിരിപ്പ്. ആ കാത്തിരിപ്പിൽ അവർ കൊടുത്ത മുലപ്പാലും അവർ വാരിക്കൊടുത്ത ചോറും അവൻ അറിയാതെ എങ്കിലും അമ്മയോട് ദേഷ്യപ്പെട്ടതു എല്ലാം അവന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ അല അടിച്...

I know that everyone is busy looking for pink posts and emojis, as today is Valentine's day. But let me share some romantic moments. This happened back there when I was in school. It was not real love or dedicated love. In my opinion, there used to be a habit of some people falling in love with kids who were good in studies. So there was always a fight with a teacher's child. That too my junior. Then the friends took over the fight. Then I don't have to say the rest to you right. Romance just blossomed. Someone used to write love letters and the reply also seems to be written by someone else. In between there was a study tour. One friend bought me a hair clip and told me to give it to this junior. I also got a pen.The very first romantic gift in life. When I came to class the next day, everyone was laughing. The teacher had no idea what was happening.  അഖില ലോക പ്രണയ ദിനം ആയിട്ടു എല്ലാവരും പിങ്ക് പോസ്റ്റ്യൂകളും ഇമോജികളും അന്വേഷിക്കുന്ന തിരക്കിൽ ആണെന്നു അറിയാം. എന്നാലും കുറച്ചു പ്രണയ വിശേഷങ്ങൾ പങ്കു വെക്കാം.  പണ്ട് സ്കൂളിൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന കാലം. ദിവ്യവും മാങ്ങാംകട്ടയും ഒന്നും അല്ല. എന്റെ വിചാരത്തിൽ കുറച്ചു പഠിക്കുന്ന പിള്ളേരോട് ചിലർക്ക് പ്രണയം തോന്നുന്ന പതിവ് പണ്ട് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ഒരു ടീച്ചറുടെ കുട്ടിയുമായി എന്നും വഴക്കു ആയിരുന്നു. അതും എന്റെ ജൂനിയർ. ആ വഴക്കു പിന്നെ കൂട്ടുകാർ ഏറ്റെടുത്തു.  ബാക്കി പറയണ്ടല്ലോ. ആരൊക്കെയോ പ്രണയ ലേഖനങ്ങൾ എഴുതും , മറുപടിയും വേറെ ആരോ എഴുതിയിരുന്നത് എന്ന് തോനുന്നു. ഇതിന്റെ ഇടയ്ക്കു ഒരു മലമ്പുഴ ടൂർ പോയി. ഒരുത്തൻ ഒരു ഹെയർ ക്ലിപ്പ് വാങ്ങി ഈ ജൂനിയർ കുട്ടിക്ക് കൊടുക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. എനിക്കും കിട്ടി ഒരു പേന..ജീവിതത്തിലെ ആദ്യ പ്രണയ സമ്മാനം.  അടുത്ത ദിവസം ക്ലാസ്സിൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും ചിരിയോടു ചിരി. ടീച്ചർക്ക് ഒന്നും മനസ്സിൽ ആകുന്നില്ല. കാരണം ആ ഹെയർ ക്ലിപ്പ് ടീച്ചറിന്റെ തലയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.  ഉച്ചക്കു കഴിക്കാൻ പോകുമ്പോൾ പുഴയുടെ തീരത്തെ വക്കിൽ ഇരുന്നു ആയിരുന്നു സംസാരിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ഇത് പറഞ്ഞു എന്റെ...

 ആശകൾക്കു അളവ് ഇല്ല.  ആശ ഇല്ലെങ്ങിൽ ജീവിതവും ഇല്ല. എല്ലാവരും എന്നും രാവിലെ എനീക്കുന്നതു ആശയോടെ ആണ്. പക്ഷെ ഉറങ്ങുന്നത് ചിലപ്പോ നിരാശ ആയിട്ട് ആയിരിക്കും, പക്ഷേ അടുത്ത ദിവസം വേറെ ഒരു ആശ ഉണ്ടാകും മനസ്സിൽ. അപ്പോ പറഞ്ഞു വന്നത് അടുത്ത വീട്ടിലെ ആശയെ കുറിച്ച് അല്ല. ഒരു പാട് ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളുടെ ശൃംഖല ആണോ ആശ. ആശ നശിച്ചാൽ എന്ത് ഉണ്ട് ജീവിതത്തിൽ. ഞാൻ പറയുന്നത് എന്നും എന്തെങ്കിലും ഒരു ആശ മനസ്സിൽ ഉണ്ടാകണം എന്ന് ആണ്. ചെറുപ്പത്തിലെ ക്ക് പോയാൽ എന്തൊക്കെ ആശകൾ ആയിരുന്നു. എല്ലാത്തിലും ജയിക്കണം, ഇരുപത്തിനാല് മണിക്കൂറും കളിക്കണം എന്നായിരുന്നില്ലേ ആശ,  ബബിൾഗം എന്നും തിന്നണം എന്നായിരുന്നില്ലേ ആശ. പക്ഷെ ഇതിൽ ഒക്കെ നിരാശ ആയിരുന്നില്ലേ ഫലം.  ഇനി കൗമാരത്തിൽ ആയാലോ കാണുന്നവരോട് ഒക്കെ പ്രണയം.എല്ലാ സൗന്ദര്യം ഉള്ള മുഖങ്ങളും കണ്ണുകളും നമ്മളെ നോക്കിയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എന്നുള്ള ആശ.മുഖക്കുരു എങ്ങനെ മാറ്റാം എന്ന് ആശ. മുടിയും മീശയും താടിയും വളരാൻ ഉള്ള ആശ.പൊക്കം വെച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എന്ന് ഉള്ള ആശ. വീട്ടുകാർക്കു ആണെങ്കിലോ നമ്മൾ ഡോക്ടർ ആകണം എഞ്ചിനീയർ ആകണം ഇതൊക്കെ ആശ. ടീച്ചർ മാർക്ക് ആണെങ്കിലോ നമ്മൾ കളക്ടർ ആകണം, മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ...

 I was having a break at home, due to injury. Since injury is an uninvited guest from time to time, I have decided to treat him well. Otherwise he will come back in between. No one is free from injuries. When the mind gets hurt and has injuries, the pain doesn't go away. It keeps on coming back like pus. It is better for us to make peace with it. The injury on the body will heal, but the scars will remain. Those spots will help us to loosen up, by looking at them in between. Since childhood injuries were like my twin brother. The first injury was when my chin hit on the school stairs. If we go back a little more, then I was lying the other way on my mother's stomach. The doctor saved me by putting a tube and taking out fluid. I was able to visit and thank the doctor sometime back. Now that godlike person is no more. Back to childhood. പരിക്ക് പറ്റി വീട്ടിൽ വിശ്രമിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഇടവേള ആയിരുന്നു. ഇടയ്ക്കിടയ്ക്ക് ക്ഷണിക്കാതെ വരുന്ന അതിഥി ആയതു കൊണ്ട് നല്ല പോലെ സൽകരിച്ചേ വിടുന്നുള്ളു. അല്ലെങ്കി ഇടക്കിടക്ക് കേറി വരും. പരിക്ക് ആണ് ആ അതിഥി . പരിക്ക് പറ്റാത്ത മനുഷ്യൻ ഇല്ല. മനസ്സിനു പരിക്ക് പറ്റിയാൽ വേദന മാറില്ല. അത് പഴുപ്പ് പോലെ ഇടക്കിടക്ക് വന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. അതുമായി സന്ധി ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആണ് നമുക്ക് നല്ലതു. ശരീരത്തിലെ പരിക്ക് മാറും, പക്ഷെ പാടുകൾ അവശേഷിക്കും. ഇടയ്ക്കു നോക്കി അയവിറക്കാൻ ആ പാടുകൾ സഹായിക്കും.  ചെറുപ്പം തൊട്ടേ പരിക്ക് ഒരു കൂടപ്പിറപ്പിന്റെ പോലെ കൂടെ ഉണ്ട്. ആദ്യ പരിക്ക് സ്കൂളിലെ തിണ്ണയിൽ താടി ഇടിചു ഉണ്ടായത് ആണ്.  ഇനിയും കുറച്ചു കൂടി പിറകോട്ടു പോയാൽ അമ്മയുടെ വയറ്റിൽ ഞാൻ തിരിഞ്ഞു ആണ് കിടന്നിരുന്നത്. ഡോക്ടർ ട്യൂബ് വെച്ച് ഫ്‌ല്യൂയിഡ് വലിച്ചു എടുത്തു എടുത്തു എന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചു എന്നാണ് പുരാണം. ആ ഡോക്ടറെ പിന്നീട് പോയി കണ്ടു നന്ദി അറിയിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു. ഇപ്പൊ ആ ദൈവതുല്യ വ്യക്തി ജീവിച്ചു ഇരുപ്പില്ല. അപ്പൊ തിരിച്ചു ബാല്യ കാലത്തേയ്ക്ക്. എന്നും ചേന ചെത്തിയ പോലത്തെ പാടുമായി ആണ് വീട്ടിൽ വന്നിരുന്നത്..ആദ്യം ഒക്കെ വീട്ടുകാർ മരു...
